Why should we hang out?
I’ve been a pediatric SLP for 13 years, working as a lead SLP, Clinical Director and “Keeper of the Culture” for 9 years.
I’ve helped scale companies, grow teams that are comfortable sharing their successes and struggles with one another, and establish company cultures and missions that keep employees and clients loyal, motivated, and super Schwa-like!
Three things I know to be true:
1. Private Practice Owners get lonely ‘at the top’. It helps to have someone in the industry to bounce ideas off of.
2. Owners and Employees alike want to Love what they do, Live as calmly as possible, and be a part of something Marvelous and Meaningful!
3. We need all hands on deck to save clinicians from burn-out and imposter syndrome.
I’m here to help You and your Company to exceed your own expectations.
To support you in Leading Authentically, with purpose and clarity.
To achieve the Impact for which your employees and clients alike are desperately seeking.
And to help keep you remain sane and working within your capacity along the way……!

Can You work with my team?
Absolutely! Here’s a few examples:
Sometimes a team needs a new face and energy to help them navigate tough conversations, encourage team members to share honestly and candidly, and/or kick-start a new and improved company vibe!
Cultural values established by an entire team tend to be the most authentic and genuinely upheld!
Teams have different personality types and learning styles. I facilitate an inclusive, comfortable environment for all to share so we can all arrive at the desired outcome as a team.
Neurodiveristy-Alignment
Whether everyone on your team is neurodiversity-affirming or no one has heard of this movement, we can level up your practice and make sure that your potential clients know they are in the hands of an affirming, empathetic therapist and operating with the resources that they need to thrive.
What else can we address?
Whatever you need at the time!
Do you ever feel like one week is smooth sailing, and the next week you’re trying to resolve multiple conflicts and figure out a million complex items on your brain’s to-do list?
We’ will zoom out or zoom in accordingly so that you can leave feeling clairvoyant and purposeful when you hit Go
the next day!
How often will we meet?
Whatever works best for You!
Choose the package that fits your capacity now. We can always add to it! If something comes up and you need an ad-hoc meeting, register for a single session.
Typically an hour-long session enables in-depth discussion on 1 to 2 areas, depending on how much reflection and co-brainstorming is required.
Why make the investment?
To free up your mind and creativity to do more of what You Love.
To feel more calm when your head hits the pillow at night.
To have someone who can listen and provide honest and helpful feedback and support other than that friend/family member/partner who is ready to start talking about something else!
And because an investment in You can go the longest of ways for your practice/company (not to mention your personal relationships).

Kelli’s contributions have been truly instrumental in shaping who we are today. Over the years, Kelli has been an indispensable force in building and fostering a culture of excellence, inclusivity, and innovation within our practice. Her dedication, passion, and personalized approach have not only scaled our team and practice, but have also set new standards in mentorship, culture and neurodiversity-affirmation. She has been a pioneer in developing our Neurodiversity-affirming approach to services, championing inclusivity and understanding in every aspect of our work. Kelli's leadership is also evident in her role in planning and developing our Weekly Team Meetings. She leads with inclusivity, ensuring that every SLP team member has a voice and that discussions are both meaningful and productive. Through these meetings, she not only keeps our team abreast of industry hot topics and relevant updates for best practice but also fosters a sense of community and collaboration that is essential for our success.

I had the pleasure of working with Kelli at Chatterboxes. Before Kelli came along, Chatterboxes had a lot of vision and good intentions, but struggled to come together as a well-organized team. This was especially true once COVID hit and we went from practicing in a clinic to being completely virtual and travel based -- we were all scattered to the wind! Our director wanted to bring us together and foster a team identity, but she was always wearing too many hats to make this happen on her own. What we needed was a clinical leader, a sort of liaison to help our director foster team culture. Enter Kelli! Kelli turned our weekly virtual Team Meetings into something that I looked forward to. She made every clinician feel valued and seen, and helped us make real connections with one another even though we weren't working in the same physical space anymore. She ignited discussions about important movements in the field, such as having a neurodiversity-affirming approach to speech therapy. She was there for us whenever we needed advice, supervision, or just someone to vent to -- always so very approachable and empathetic. With Kelli, Chatterboxes was finally able to achieve the cohesion, organization, and positive team culture that it had always strived for. Kelli was what we all needed. The changes she made were so essential and important to our happiness at work and our ability to be good clinicians. She elevated us to another level. I would highly recommend Kelli to any practices who need help fostering an effective, organized, authentic, and motivated team!

I cannot recommend Kelli enough! I have had the pleasure of working with her for a little over two months now, and she has been incredibly sweet and genuine from the very beginning. She played a pivotal role in helping me establish cultural values and effective strategies to grow my business, specifically in the areas of speech, occupational and feeding therapy. Given that we are a neurodiversity-affirming practice, Kelli’s perspective as a therapist was vital. Kelli's approach focused on fostering a positive and growth-oriented culture. She introduced fun incentives and traditions, regular one-on-one meetings, and reflective team gatherings that encouraged mentoring and collaboration among team members. In just a short time, I have already seen significant positive changes in my practice thanks to her ideas. Kelli is an amazing person who truly cares about you as an individual and your business. Her expertise and dedication were vital to our success, and I highly recommend her to any organization looking to establish strong cultural values and foster a supportive, growth-focused environment.

Rockford Speech Therapy, Rockford, MI -
I had the unique honor of working with Kelli in various capacities during our three- years together at a private practice, RL Therapy. Initially, Kelli was my mentor through my CFY year; not only did she provide professional mentorship as I found my footing as an SLP; she exuded enthusiasm, active listening, and unconditional support for my personal and professional needs. She empowered me to feel confident in my knowledge as well as guided me in areas of expanding my perspectives; she fostered a culture of intention, trust, and respect for me, my colleagues, and our clients. Kelli was one of the leads at our company and the team consistently looked to her for guidance with a side of fun and lightness. Kelli brings a soulfulness to any and every environment she is in and positively impacts those around her and the world in little and big ways. She continues to influence the way I operate in the world and my workplace to this day. Thank you, Kelli, for sharing your talents with me!
